LINECO's Board of Trustees approved several benefit improvements effective January 2026. These improvements include:
- Expanded Dental Benefits:
- Up to $3,000 in yearly treatments
- Adult preventative visits are covered at 100%
- Exclusions related to attrition and abrasion are removed.
- Teladoc Health:
- Free 24/7/365 care, free behavioral health counseling, free Diabetes management
- Free expert medical opinions
- Free dermatology consultations
- Free virtual primary care
- Fertility Benefits:
- Up to $20,000 per family per lifetime when coordinated through Carrot
- Hearing Benefits:
- Free hearing aid when coordinated through TruHearing
- Out-of-network claims covered at 80% up to $2,500
- Other:
- Habilitative Therapy – Up to 20 visits per patient, per year
- Speech Therapy – Dollar visit limit removed, up to 50 medically necessary appointments are allowed
- Surviving Spouse Coverage: Dependent children (up to age 26) qualify for continuation in the LINECO Plan.
